This monitoring system works only with the machines having firmware of version 3.16 and higher.

For remote monitoring to work, your machines should be equipped with GSM module, and be configured to periodically send status messages to monitoring centre number. This configuration is done in the machine's service menu.

Period of SMS sending can be set at your discretion; we recommend value of 6 hours. Please note, that this setting affects only period at which usage statistics messages will be sent - error alerts are sent at the exact moment of failure.

If you need to see up-to-date statistics for particular machine - send SMS message (text doesn't matter) to machine SIM card phone number, from your cell phone. Machine will update it's statistics in monitoring centre immediately as it receives your message.
